  • Michael MacRitchie
    Founding Partner

    Michael has over 15 years of experience in media, entertainment and celebrity partnerships. He oversaw the sponsorship of the 2008 Olympic games and in the last 10 years has put together over 50 campaigns involving sport, music, influencers and celebrities. These campaigns have generated over 100 million USD worth of sales for his clients. Michael has also received numerous awards for client campaigns that have been featured in ‘The Wall Street Journal’, ‘Hollywood Reporter’ and ‘China Daily’. He is a fine wine enthusiast who also enjoys rugby and Balderdash.

  • Sandra Kaminskaite
    Creative Director

    Architect of many brand campaigns, Sandra provides structure and process at MGI. Using her creativity and organization, she over-sees many campaigns from end to end. Sandra has co-created projects with some of the biggest names in sport and entertainment. Sandra was almost a Victoria Secret model but enjoys eating pizza too much. As a lover of dogs, she uses her spare time to fund a dog-rescue shelter.

  • Tess Hong
    Operations Manager

    Tess is our superstar at MGI who works across all campaigns as the bridge between brands and celebrities. She has a hands-on work ethic and incredible attention to detail. Tess has worked with impressive names such as Jessica Alba, Sunny Wang, Godfrey Gao and Ronaldinho. Tess is a passionate Jay Chou fan and loves Ellie Goulding.

  • An Lee
    Director Production

    An Lee is a visual creative who loves engaging in challenging projects, from filming documentaries for KOLs in Asia to filming social media commercials for Microsoft and major tech brands. Lee finds passion in changing his creative story telling process while staying in trend with today’s leading visuals on social platforms. He loves travel photography and is a former Chinese Taipei Gold Medallist Windsurfer.

  • Inusa Dawuda
    PR & Sponsorship Director

    Inusa has founded two PR companies previously and is exceptionally well connected. He’s fluent in Mandarin and an outstanding athlete, playing basketball and American football at the highest levels. Inusa has collaborated with Kobe Bryant, Godfrey Gao, Roger Federer and Blackie Chan. Achieving a near-celebrity status himself, Inusa is a paid fashion and sport influencer, often making cameo appearances in films. He is the proud father of a beautiful girl, Naomi.

  • Betty Wang
    Business Consultant

    Betty supports our MGI Ultimate Experiences. She has previously been the head of sponsorship at Ticketmaster China. She has also been a key figure in campaigns with Linkin Park, USA Basketball Team, John Legend, Celine Dion, Sarah Brightman, Brad Pitt, Sophie Turner and Jonathan Kite. Betty is the proud mother of a beautiful boy.

  • Rob Pringle
    Entertainment Consultant

    Rob has a Masters in International Business with experience in the media and marketing industries in the UK and China. He loves music, sport and is a passionate Liverpool supporter. Rob looks after MGI influencer campaigns and supports with strategy and business development.

  • Jonathan Glick
    Director

    Jonathan has over 10 years experience in foreign and domestic investment management, leading both direct investment and advisory teams. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, and member of the USA men’s water polo team that won gold at the 2001 Maccabiah Games in Tel Aviv, Israel.

  • Dr. Ian MacRitchie
    Chairman

    As a veteran in the finance industry, Ian has previously set up and sold three companies. Ian is the chairman of The Emerge Foundation which has raised 1.5 million USD for educational projects in East Timor and Africa. In 2015 Ian received an honorary Doctorate from ACU in Sydney.

  • Killy Qin
    Senior Project Director

    Killy has executed and managed over 80 celebrity and KOL campaigns for the China market including campaigns with Brad Pitt, Karen Mok, Eason Chan, Sunny Wang, Godfrey Gao, Fan Bingbing and many others. Killy has a background in film production and digital marketing. She is a brilliant strategist with excellent execution skills. She enjoys travelling and singing classic rock anthems in karaoke.

  • Nic Hallberg
    Business Development Manager

    Nic is a graduate in Business Psychology who was raised in Hamburg, Germany.  He is a sport and fashion enthusiast, blessed with exceptional people and networking skills. Nic is very proud of being half Portuguese making him a passionate supporter of the Portuguese national team despite this upsetting his German friends. Nic is often asked to be the ‘face of a campaign’ when promoting other celebrities or influencers.

    Business Development Manager

    Benita is a graduate of International Business Management.  She has an outstanding business development track record, receiving top billing honours in previous sales positions. She has a passion for travelling, having lived in Spain, Asia and North Africa. Fluent in Spanish and a fan of EDM music, Benita is leading the charge for clients in Australia, the UK and the US.

  • Shen Jiahui
    Digital Strategist

    Affectionately known as “Nana”, she runs strategy for MGI influencer and KOL campaigns. She believes in big data to harness true client insights. Her talents go beyond digital strategy as she is the lead singer of her own band making her the rock star of MGI. Shen is mildly obsessed with Marvel films and cites “LOKI” as her favourite character of all time.

  • Al Di
    Entertainment Consultant

    Di Wei, better known as Al Di, is a Chinese Entertainment industry veteran with vast experience in both the music and film industry. Previously holding positions with Universal music group and Live Nation, he’s brought world-famous artists such as Avril Lavigne, Joss Stone and Panic! At The Disco to China. Al Di’s talents go beyond music. As a successful film producer, his credits appear in numerous titles, including Brigsby Bear, which was selected as the closing night film at the International Critic’s Week for the 70th Cannes Film Festival, 2017. 

  • Sandy Ho
    Strategic Accounts Manager

    Sandy Ho is a Strategic Accounts Manager at MGI where she identifies and manages client relationships. Sandy has worked with clients such as Blackmores, Air Asia and Optus. Prior to joining MGI, Sandy worked in television for TVBA and CCTV among others and was the winner of the Miss Australia Chinese 2015 Pageant. Sandy graduated from Sydney University with a degree in Health Science and is currently leading the “Taste of Australia” campaign and many cross-border transactions.
