  • Michael MacRitchie
    Founding Partner

    Michael has over 15 years of experience in media, entertainment and celebrity partnerships. He oversaw the sponsorship of the 2008 Olympic games and in the last 10 years has put together over 50 campaigns involving sport, music, influencers and celebrities. These campaigns have generated over 100 million USD worth of sales for his clients. Michael has also received numerous awards for client campaigns that have been featured in ‘The Wall Street Journal’, ‘Hollywood Reporter’ and ‘China Daily’. He is a fine wine enthusiast who also enjoys rugby and Balderdash.

  • Sandra Kaminskaite
    Creative Director

    Architect of many brand campaigns, Sandra provides structure and process at MGI. Using her creativity and organization, she over-sees many campaigns from end to end. Sandra has co-created projects with some of the biggest names in sport and entertainment. Sandra was almost a Victoria Secret model but enjoys eating pizza too much. As a lover of dogs, she uses her spare time to fund a dog-rescue shelter.

  • Tess Hong
    Operations Manager

    Tess is our superstar at MGI who works across all campaigns as the bridge between brands and celebrities. She has a hands-on work ethic and incredible attention to detail. Tess has worked with impressive names such as Jessica Alba, Sunny Wang, Godfrey Gao and Ronaldinho. Tess is a passionate Jay Chou fan and loves Ellie Goulding.

  • An Lee
    Director Production

    An Lee is a visual creative who loves engaging in challenging projects, from filming documentaries for KOLs in Asia to filming social media commercials for Microsoft and major tech brands. Lee finds passion in changing his creative story telling process while staying in trend with today’s leading visuals on social platforms. He loves travel photography and is a former Chinese Taipei Gold Medallist Windsurfer.

  • Inusa Dawuda
    PR & Sponsorship Director

    Inusa has founded two PR companies previously and is exceptionally well connected. He’s fluent in Mandarin and an outstanding athlete, playing basketball and American football at the highest levels. Inusa has collaborated with Kobe Bryant, Godfrey Gao, Roger Federer and Blackie Chan. Achieving a near-celebrity status himself, Inusa is a paid fashion and sport influencer, often making cameo appearances in films. He is the proud father of a beautiful girl, Naomi.

  • Betty Wang
    Business Consultant

    Betty supports our MGI Ultimate Experiences. She has previously been the head of sponsorship at Ticketmaster China. She has also been a key figure in campaigns with Linkin Park, USA Basketball Team, John Legend, Celine Dion, Sarah Brightman, Brad Pitt, Sophie Turner and Jonathan Kite. Betty is the proud mother of a beautiful boy.

  • Rob Pringle
    Marketing Consultant

    Rob has a Master’s degree in International Business with experience in the media and marketing industries in the UK and China. He loves music, sport and is a passionate Liverpool supporter. Rob looks after MGI influencer campaigns and supports with strategy and business development.

  • Dr. Ian MacRitchie

    As a veteran in the finance industry, Ian has previously set up and sold three companies. Ian is the chairman of The Emerge Foundation which has raised 1.5 million USD for educational projects in East Timor and Africa. In 2015 Ian received an honorary Doctorate from ACU in Sydney.

  • Killy Qin
    Senior Project Director

    Killy has executed and managed over 80 celebrity and KOL campaigns for the China market including campaigns with Brad Pitt, Karen Mok, Eason Chan, Sunny Wang, Godfrey Gao, Fan Bingbing and many others. Killy has a background in film production and digital marketing. She is a brilliant strategist with excellent execution skills. She enjoys travelling and singing classic rock anthems in karaoke.

  • Nic Hallberg
    Business Development Manager

    Nic is a graduate in Business Psychology who was raised in Hamburg, Germany.  He is a sport and fashion enthusiast, blessed with exceptional people and networking skills. Nic is very proud of being half Portuguese making him a passionate supporter of the Portuguese national team despite this upsetting his German friends. Nic is often asked to be the ‘face of a campaign’ when promoting other celebrities or influencers.


  • Shen Jiahui
    Digital Strategist

    Affectionately known as “Nana”, she runs strategy for MGI influencer and KOL campaigns. She believes in big data to harness true client insights. Her talents go beyond digital strategy as she is the lead singer of her own band making her the rock star of MGI. Shen is mildly obsessed with Marvel films and cites “LOKI” as her favourite character of all time.

  • Al Di
    Entertainment Consultant

    Al Di is a Chinese entertainment industry veteran with vast experience in both the music and movie industry. He is a successful movie producer of acclaimed films selected for Sundance, Venice. Tribeca, Cannes, and SXSW festivals including Brigsby Bear, Piercing, Lost Transmissions, and other movies within the music industry, Al is famous for bringing to China dozens of internationally acclaimed acts, including Fall Out Boy, Panic at the disco. Avril Lavigne. Joss Stone and John Legend.

  • Byron Keane

    For almost a decade, Byron has placed his multi-talented creative stamp on some of the world’s biggest brands. As a Film Producer, Director, DP, Editor, Animator and Composer he has created award-winning work for Cartier, Tiffany & Co, Revlon, Estée Lauder, Henkell, Campbells, Westfield and Myer Emporium. He’s built campaigns featuring Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Adam Liaw, Jennifer Hawkins, Oprah Winfrey and Silvia Colloca. Byron’s career began in Paris before documentary filmmaking led him to Brazil and India. Today, his work is regularly enjoyed by millions across Australia and New Zealand. A musician at heart and a phenomenal #foodporn director, the world becomes more beautiful through Byron’s eyes.

  • Feina Zheng

    Before joining MGI, Feina held senior marketing, sales and business development roles at Adidas and Max Mara. With an education that spans China and the US, it’s only natural that Feina is drawn to international environments. She’s a patient, dynamic self-starter known for unfailing positivity and staying cool-as-a-cucumber under pressure. An effective communicator with senior international stakeholders and experts, we’re grateful for Feina’s strong leadership skills and cooperative spirit. 

  • Tee Hoang

    Tee graduated in Event Management after studying in Australia for three years. Good on ya, Tee! Demonstrating fresh creativity and a hard-working attitude, she assists in the delivery of international campaigns, but has declared events and digital marketing to be her greatest passion. 

  • Chloe Sue

    Chloe leads projects in the fashion & culinary space and helps pull together event, KOL campaigns. Having worked with some of the leading fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands. Chloe has previously collaborated with brands like Camila, Tiffany, Crown, Burberry, Bulgari, Henry Blooms, Dior & Maccallan. Chloe understands how to get results for client campaigns.
    A foodie, content creator, photographer, and marketing & PR consultant. Originally from Jilin, China.

  • Anna Northwood

    Anna is a passionate Design Strategist, Creative Consultant and Producer with 5+ years experience, she loves turning ideas into brands, presentations, design concepts, visual identities and products. Anna has a genuine curiosity and routinely develops new skills and knowledge. When she’s not enjoying her work she can most likely be found on the soccer pitch or indulging her sweet tooth. 

  • Jessica Jerusalem

    Jessica has always had a passion for integrating artistry and creativity throughout her academic and professional career. Jessica has also travelled internationally and has performed at multiple venues across the US; such as Disneyland, Universal Studios and Knott’s Berry Farm.
    Apart from singing, playing piano and guitar, she enjoys cooking for her friends and family.

  • Tiffany Fong

    Tiffany was born in Singapore and moved to Australia during her childhood, providing her a unique cross-cultural perspective and understanding of the East and West. Studying Media and Communications with Law means she is an effective communicator who is able to write across a range of different styles. As a writer, Tiffany has written for a range of literary magazines and has been published with the Sydney Opera House, Gourmet Traveller, Vogue China. Elle, Harpers Bazar.
    She is passionate about books, music and food and her favourite band is Roxette.

  • Adam O'Neill

    Adam is an ex-GroupM / WPP Marketing professional who has led multinational media accounts, established companies in South Korea, and provided Team & Digital Marketing leadership across a range of businesses including Tourism Australia, LG Electronics, Red Bull, Rolex, Unilever, and LVMH. Adam brings a rare combination of Leadership, Digital Marketing, and team development from more than two decades of senior international roles based in London, Seoul, and Australia. He’s now consulting with MGI International on projects such as Plate for a Mate and supporting MGI Experiences. Adam is also the Managing Director at Asia Advisory.

  • Selina Li

    Selina was born in China and has been in Australia for 7 years.
    She has rich experiences in digital marketing, PR, advertising & specializes in creating content geared towards the Chinese market. Selina’s work has been featured in Vogue China, Grazia, Elle, AFN, Polaris Media, indulgence magazine.
    Music is her main passion and she loves singing, piano, guitar. Jay Chou is her favourite music artist.
    Selina is incredibly smart, outgoing, optimistic, hard-working.
