The ad underscores the importance of dining with loved ones and how sharing a meal can cultivate meaningful conversations and lasting memories.

As everyone gathers around the table, Silvia elegantly presents her favourite Italian recipes, lovingly prepared with ingredients from D’Orsogna’s deli and natural product ranges.

D’Orsogna’s story began in 1949 when Luigi D’Orsogna arrived in Fremantle, Western Australia, establishing T. D’Orsogna Family Butcher with his sons Tom, John, and Cesare. About Silvia Colloca
Silvia Colloca is an Italian-Australian actress, opera singer, cookbook author, and TV personality. Trained at Milan’s Scuola Musicale, she’s performed notable roles like Orfeo in “Orfeo ed Euridice” and the Queen in “Snow White.” Silvia gained recognition in film, starring in “Van Helsing” alongside Richard Roxburgh. In 2022, she produced her first Solo Classical Album for Universal Music, “Sing Like an Italian,” which sat at the top of the Classical Charts for over 20 weeks. Silvia has co-written, co-produced and hosted the much-loved SBS show “Made In Italy with Silvia Colloca”. Silvia is also the co-writer, co-producer and host of the 2016 ABC prime-time show “Silvia’s Italian Table.” Silvia has authored six cookbooks, Silvia’s Cucina, Made in Italy, La Dolce Vita, Love, Laugh, Bake!, Simple Italian, and The Italian Homecook. She is currently the Ambassador of Essteele Cookware and D’orsogna Smallgoods.
