As a veteran in the finance industry, Ian has previously set up and sold three companies. Ian is the chairman of The Emerge Foundation which has raised 1.5 million USD for educational projects in East Timor and Africa. In 2015 Ian received an honorary Doctorate from ACU in Sydney.
